Sam and Joseph,

Finally watches arrived (3 days held by UPS here!). The GP looks better in real life than on the pictures. I have only managed to see the Oracle Limited ed. series (44 mm) here, so never actually had the regular one on my wrist - a bit of a risk :-) I am very happy with my decision, so is my wife. You Guys were excellent sellers. Will come back in the future for sure.

Pity you dont sell watchwinders :-)

A few weeks before Christmas 2007, I placed an order for a Baume & Mercier watch with thewatchery.com. As a first time buyer from this vendor, I was understandably a little anxious--I'd had a couple of not-so-good on-line purchasing experiences prior to my order. However, an order verification notice came within minutes of my order, and then a shipping notice arrived in my email box a couple of days after I placed the order, and my watch arrived in perfect shape right on time. Once I got it out of the box, I had a problem setting it, and assumed that it was the watch's fault (don't we all?) and began to think I had been sold a lemon. So, I called the number listed on the website and left a message. That was about 6:00 p.m. PST. A short while later, my phone rang and it was Joseph from thewatchery.com. (Mind you, this was after 9:00 pm eastern time!) He talked me through the instructions to get my watch going properly, and it's been perfect ever since. If I could recommend thewatchery.com's service any higher than exemplary, I would! Their prices are among the most competitive on the net, but the personal and on-the-spot service (across a continent!) is unparalled in my experience. Shop at thewatchery.com with total confidence!

I forgot to send you an email saying how much I like the Breitling and Corum watches you sold me. I have twin daughters...which explains why I needed two similar add-on watches.

In any event, it was worth the hassle of fighting VISA and ETrade. I'm constantly buying watches, so next time I'll figure something out that makes it easier to pay.
