Same Day Shipping
TheWatchery.com offers same day shipping on most orders for in-stock merchandise if we receive and process your credit card order before 2:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Credit card orders for in-stock merchandise received after 2:00 p.m. EST Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday will begin processing the next business day. Merchandise not available for same day shipping usually ships within two business days after your credit card order has processed. Custom orders will be shipped promptly upon receipt from the manufacturer.
Timely Delivery
Please note that overnight delivery on credit card orders for in-stock merchandise processed before 2:00 p.m. EST on Fridays will be delivered on Monday as the next business day unless you select Saturday delivery for an additional charge. Please consult with your Sales Associate for details.
TheWatchery.com is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged or incomplete placement or confirmation of orders, or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone or transmission failures of any kind that may limit a person's ability to place an order. This guarantee does not apply to delays caused by acts beyond TheWatchery.com's control, such as acts of God, strikes, lockouts or disasters. TheWatchery.com reserves the right to cancel or suspend this offer should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or the proper conduct of the offer. TheWatchery.com reserves the right to disqualify any order found to be disrupting the operation of the offer or website.
What might delay my order?
In an effort to protect our customers' information, ALL orders are subject to review. It is very important that you enter your information with absolute accuracy during checkout should we need to contact you regarding your order. Failure to do so could result in a delay of your shipment.
• Please ensure there will be someone at your 'Shipping Address' to sign for your delivery when it arrives. Failure to do so can also add to shipping delays.
• Please note that orders made with Manual Payments are not shipped until full payment is made.
